You'll appear next to the trash chute just as the robot is about to clean up. Then go into the green door and the far-right teleporter. Follow it outside and into the central room. A clean up robot will sweep it up and run off. Hit the box of cereal to make it fall on the floor. Press the button under the screen until the screen says "Good morning" and then press the grabby hand but then press pause before the box goes back up. Now go back to the control room and don the CCTV computer. It's now back, covering the hallway, but crucially you're on the other side this time. Go through the blue door and use the debris you moved earlier. Inside, go to the floating orb and use your bowl of icecream on it to keep it cool. Go back to the teleporter room and take the newly awakened yellow door to the Fusion Orb room. Then walk up the ice cream mountain and use the helmet on the ice cream to get a bowlful. Put Vella's slippers on by dragging them to her body. Go through the door with ice cream on it (you did unlock it from the CCTV computer, right)? Go to the main room and through the blue door. Hexigal will go outside, so press the last lightning bolt to get her to fix the broken door control. Press the button under the screen until it says "Taco Pill Tuesday". Unforutnately, she'll get sucked out to space before she gets to the control room. Whenever she gets to the far left of a room, go to the next screen to lure her further. Your job is to lure her all the way to the control room by causing sparks and light outs, by tapping on the lighting bolts. Go all the way right, unlocking every door in your path, until you get to the corridor with the Hexigal. View Shay's bedroom, and use the grabby hand button to lift the rock off fake Shay's body. And then use the computer at the top of the screen to get CCTV access to the ship. First, grab the talking fork from the counter. With the questions answered, you'll be inside the control room with mom, but locked in with her. For the first question answer "Mr Huggy", for the second say "Please, can we not do this", and for the third say, "Purple, Size 4, Polka-dot". Now talk to Shay's Mom through the control room door. This step may require knowledge gained in Shay's story You'll pop out in the teleporter room with an even bigger head (and even deeper voice). Then walk to the first corridor from this chapter and enter the teleporter there. Go through the teleporter to get back to the Nexus, and make Vella's head bigger (and her voice deeper). Store it in your brain, you'll need it later. All about the different shoes that Shay wore at different ages in his life. This room has lots of trivia about Shay that you will need to convince his mom that you are Shay. Talk to Marek until you can say "Can you open any of the locked doors on the ship?" This will let you go through to the door on your left. Talk to Shay's mom through the window and then go into Shay's bedroom and through the hatch like in Act 1. Move the debris out of the way in the hallway, and go through the yellow door in the main ship room. Then tap on the doorway at the bottom to fire yourself through it. Then, when she's looking at the boot at the right - AND the giant mechanical thumb is out of the way - use the grabby hand on the boot.įinally, when Vella has spun around to look at the palm of the hand, use the boot-grabby-hand on the palm to latch on. When Vella has spun around to look at the grabby arm, use the space helmet with it to get the arm. Use it to connect the middle tube on the left vent with the top tube on the right to finish this section. Now, you can climb the pipe and use your knife to get a long pipe. This will make a hexagon jut out of the wall. When Vella says "which one?" tap the bottom tube, then use your finger to drag the other end of your pipe to the middle tube. Look at the right pressure vent, and use your short pipe on one of the tubes. Use your knife on the pipe on the right to cut a small piece of pipe. Then grab the helmet from the wall to add it to your inventory and let the wall fix itself completley. Wait around in this room until the rift in the wall is largely fixed. Talk to it until you get the dialogue option "You're coming with me", to add the knife to your inventory. When you stand up, Shay's talking knife will fall and try to stab you. Plus, you'll need knowledge from Shay's story to solve puzzles in Vella's. There are puzzles that require good timing, good memory, and leaps of logic that no normal human being should be required to make. While the first episode was a little too easy, this final half is perhaps a bit too difficult. The second act of Broken Age is here, and boy it's tough.
